Who can be a proctor?
- public librarian
- The first priority for most public libraries are their patrons, not proctoring exams.
- Libraries should at least provide line of sight supervision.
- If the exam is online
- a neutral computer should be provided by the proctoring institution.
- If the exam is paper based, they must have the ability to scan or fax the exam material to our office.
- local college or professional testing center staff member/administrator
- professional learning/tutoring center staff member/administrator
- embassy education officer or military base/station education officer
- overseas (military) non-commissioned officer in charge or officer in charge
- professor

All proctor applicants must provide a professional email account and physical work address to verify her/his title.
